01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betji365 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "betji365"). By accessing, registering on, or using the betji365 platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

betji365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of betji365 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with betji365's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betji365. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Applicable Law

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of betji365 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their jurisdiction. betji365 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Language

These Terms are drafted in English, which is the governing language for all contractual and dispute-resolution purposes. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on betji365 — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must hold a registered account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not currently self-excluded from betji365 or any associated platform.
• You are accessing betji365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited.

One Account Per Player

Where duplicate accounts are identified, betji365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending a formal investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

betji365 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of valid identification documents, which may include:

Account Security

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

04 Betting Rules

All bets placed on betji365 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, crash games, or slot titles — are subject to the specific rules of each product category as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. Sports Betting

betji365 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. betji365 does not cancel or modify confirmed bets at a player's request except in circumstances where a market is declared void.

• Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, betji365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, even after settlement.

Casino, Crash Games & Slots

Bet Acceptance

betji365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your betji365 account in BDT unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• betji365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including cancelling bonuses already credited where the promotion was triggered by a technical error or exploited in bad faith.
• Players who deposit exclusively to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to wager may be excluded from future bonus offers at betji365's discretion.
• Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Seasonal Promotions

betji365 runs seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladesh cricket and cultural calendar — including BPL and IPL tournament offers, Eid bonus periods, Pohela Boishakh specials, and Victory Day (December 16) promotions. These are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the platform at the time of launch.

06 User Obligations

As a registered player on betji365, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you represent, warrant, and undertake that:

• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will notify betji365 promptly if any of your registered information changes, including your contact details or payment method ownership.
• You will not attempt to access betji365 using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to simulate human interaction or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraud against betji365 or other players on the platform.

• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the betji365 platform or any of its game integrations.
• You will not transmit any viruses, malware, or disruptive code to the betji365 platform or its supporting infrastructure.
• You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of betji365 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Responsible Use

betji365 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Prohibited Jurisdictions

It is the player's responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction before registering. betji365 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where it determines that a player has registered from a prohibited jurisdiction.

07 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your betji365 account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@betji365. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures, and any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already on file.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion, which prevents access to the betji365 platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed with urgency and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. betji365 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from receiving marketing communications during their exclusion period.

Closure by betji365

betji365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods
• Suspected or confirmed collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited betting software
• Confirmed multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Player aged under 18 years at time of registration or at any subsequent point
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is closed by betji365 for cause, any bonuses and associated winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be withheld pending a formal investigation; betji365 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

08 Limitation of Liability

betji365 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betji365 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of odds and information displayed.

Service Interruptions

betji365 shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, denial-of-service attacks, bKash or Nagad gateway outages, or other technical events beyond betji365's reasonable control. Where a service interruption affects an in-play bet or a live casino session, betji365 will apply its standard settlement procedures, which may result in the affected bet being voided and the stake returned.

Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. betji365 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of placing bets or playing games on the platform. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk and that betji365 cannot guarantee any particular outcome. betji365's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Game Content

betji365 integrates games supplied by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. betji365 does not control the operation of these games and shall not be liable for any malfunction, error, or discrepancy in game outcomes arising from the third-party game engine. In the event of a proven game malfunction, betji365 will work with the relevant studio to investigate and, where warranted, void affected rounds and return stakes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless betji365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the betji365 platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
